Berries & Flour is centered on the best of what Illinois has to offer. We provide culinary, fruit and vegetable processing, and co-packing services to small-medium Illinois specialty crop growers.
We fill a gap in the local food system through food production, processing, and education. We work to educate our customers and the broader community about eating, cooking, gardening, native plants, and sustainability.
